Who We Are

My name is Franz Zetzl, and I run Gedrechselte Unikate – a one-man pen manufactory in Parkstein, Oberpfalz. Parkstein is located just 15 minutes from Grafenwöhr, right in the heart of Bavaria.

Every pen I make is a unique piece. I work with exotic woods like Bocote, Grenadil, and Wacholder, as well as extraordinary materials like 8,000-year-old bog oak, mammoth ivory, and even pet fur. No two pens are ever the same.
